A reminder to everyone of the continuing road works in and around the village too – the hole in the A41 at Christleton remains as they further investigate the hole and the water that seems to be seeping into it from the nearby canal (traffic lights operate). We also have the continuing problems at Red Lane which prevents exit/access from/to the village via Tattenhall Road. Regrettably, there are more temporary road works scheduled on Burwardsley Road, but thankfully not until after the Bank Holiday Weekend.
