Provided by The Rural Living Well Project, there is an exciting range of FREE activities and services promoting healthier lifestyles and improved condition management right here in the village.

Your Patient Participation Group (PPG) is seeking to promote these activities on your behalf which will all be held in our brand new Community Room at St Alban's Church which offers perfect facilities, access and space.

On Mondays
Strength and Balance 10.00-11.00am (arrive early for a cup of coffee)

On Tuesdays
Make it, Bake it, Healthy! 10.00-11.30am (with Jess)

The Strength and Balance Classes also run on Tuesday mornings at Farndon Community Club 10.00-11.00am too!

There will also be a mocktail and quiz evening on Wednesday 24 January at the Cock O'Barton 6-8pm as well.
