DON'T FORGET THAT Cheshire West & Chester Council is consulting on issues and options for a new Local Plan, that will update and replace all policies in the current Local Plan (Parts One and Two). This is YOUR chance to have YOUR say on VERY important issues....

The consultation will run for eight weeks, which began on Friday 4 July and will endat 23:59 onFriday 29 August 2025.The new Local Plan will identify how much development is required in Cheshire West, including for housing, retail and employment uses and the plan will need to allocate sites to deliver the development needed.

In view of the ongoing consultations for developments adjoining the existing northern boundary of the village, totalling over 250 new dwellings, the new Local Plan will effect Tattenhall and your comments will be relevant.
