The beautiful village of Tattenhall in Cheshire
Tattenhall Cricket Club: January 2020
Tattenhall Cricket Club — Community Engagement
Tattenhall Cricket Club are looking to to secure an Overseas Player for the forthcoming 2020 season. TCC has a proud history of success in welcoming Overseas Players. In recent years, many members of the local community will remember the positive impact made by Damien Lewis, Stanton Govender, Dan Power and Brett Siebert.
The Club is seeking accommodation in the village (or the surrounding area) to allow the overseas player the best possible opportunity to integrate into the Club; into the local Community; and to assist with junior coaching and development. The overseas position is an unpaid role — but it is expected that the player will secure work (locally) and will also explore other coaching opportunities. The availability of a room, or a house share would be welcomed and it is anticipated that the player will be able to contribute towards rent and/or outgoings. The Club is seeking to finalise terms with a young player (aged between 18-24) and is currently finalising a decision from a shortlist of three. The player will be fully vetted and references will be taken. It is likely that accommodation will be required between April and September.
If anyone locally has any availability — or is aware of any potential opportunities for accommodation then please can they contact John Beddow (07545246751) or Mel Dobson (07799476108)
