This is a fantastic opportunity to try Walking Tennis and to get back to Tennis if you have played before, for over-55s, starting in April. The course will run weekly through until October.
Walking Tennis is played at a gentler pace to encompass complete beginners, as well as more experienced players. It is suitable for any, or all ages, and all abilities. It is a totally inclusive session. Those recovering from injuries as well as those facing extra challenges, whether they are physical or mental, or those who just haven't done any exercise for a while and want to take things slowly.
