Village Tidy Up around War Memorial – Saturday 28 October from 10.00am

Remembrance Sunday is fast approaching and the Millfield and the area adjacent to our War Memorial is in need of a community 'tidy up'.

The Trustees of the Barbour Institute, therefore, would really welcome your support in advance of next month's commemorations.

AND, linking to our next article this morning, there is a Book Sale at the Barbour Institute on Sunday afternoon and it gives you the perfect opportunity to drop off any unwanted books to raise money for the Barbour Institute, the nucleus of our village.
