Part Time Administrative Assistant

We are a small, but fast growing International Company and we have a Part Time Administrative Assistant position opening at our offices in the centre of Tattenhall, Cheshire, 6 miles from Chester.

Responsibilities will include:-

  • Invoicing , Monthly Renewal reminders, Monthly Statements and Capturing Bank Receipts so a knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar accounting package would be advantageous,
  • Maintaining appropriate e-filing and paper filing systems for -- Sales Invoices, Supplier invoices, customer files
  • Ad Hoc -- Office supplies and office well-being

We need someone who is adept with Technology, knows Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, has excellent Verbal & Written Communication, is organised and detail oriented.

This is a part-time role and the job description is just a guide as we are open to developing it further. Hours will be negotiable depending on the individual, but somewhere in the region of 16 hours per week.
