Cheshire Farm Ice Cream are currently looking to expand their team to help run the busy wholesale operation.

Job overview

• Calling existing customers – Restaurants, Coffee Shops and Farm Shops for weekly orders.
• Demonstrate a high level of Customer Service.
• Manage and update customer databases/ordering systems.
• Process orders placed daily.Promote new products and maximise sales.
• Some cash handling, order picking and invoice matching.
• Bespoke ice cream service – Liaising with customers and production.
• Taking online payments for customer accounts.
• Supporting new customers and setting up accounts.
• Mailshots – gathering information.
• Manage excel reporting and filing.

10am – 5pm, 4 days a week
Hourly rate – dependant on experience
