After many years of serving our customers and the village of Tattenhall as Morton’s Country Stores and also Spar, we are writing to let you know that the business has now been sold to Tattenhall Shop Ltd.

This marks the end of an important chapter for us, and we would like to thank you sincerely for your custom and loyalty and friendship over 43 years. And to thank our staff, both past and present for their loyalty, forbearance, support and for their kindness throughout all those years.

It has been a privilege to serve the local community and get to know many customers personally. The trust and goodwill shown us has meant a great deal and is something that we will remember with gratitude.

We are pleased that the business will continue under Tattenhall Shop Ltd.
