U3A Walk

This week's U3A walk remains in the local area – on Thursday 10 August 2017.

So, a 4 mile walk starting from the Sandstone Trail car park by Cheshire Workshops in Burwardsley.

There are 2-3 inclines, the highest being Bulkeley Hill, about 4 stiles, some mud, but no livestock in the fields (though there were some fresh cowpats in 2 of them)!

Just take light refreshments as we can visit Alison's Cafe at the end?

To get to the start of the walk, leave Tattenhall by the Burwardsley Road (past the Sportsman's) and follow the signs to the Cheshire Workshops, about 3 miles in all.

We plan to leave the car park behind Alison's at 9.40am and start walking in Burwardsley at 10.00am
