The Tattenhall team are wearing the green strip and the runners-up, Tarvin Primary School, are wearing the yellow strip.

Primary schools across the country have been competing at tournaments run by 40 National League Clubs and the winners will now meet in regional competitions to decide the four schools who will have the once-in-a-lifetime experience of playing at Wembley on Sunday, 14 May.

Watch this space and fingers crossed for all the boys!

We wish you every success.
