Tattenhall Park Primary School Responds to DfE Outcome

We promised you that we would print the statement that we presumed the Tattenhall Park Primary School would issue following the KS2 Progress Scores which were released in early December, which are now in the public domain and which not only ranks the school as one of 5 schools in Cheshire West and Chester which has failed to meet national standards in SATs (Standard Assessment Tests) for reading, writing and maths, but which also places the school in the lowest 10% nationally.

There has been no communication from the school to us since doubtless they have been working hard to allay fears and to advise everyone of their current and future action plans.

Addendum: One of the School Governors contacted a member of the Webteam after this piece was published i.e. at 17.35pm. We were asked to create the link to the letter which has appeared on the school website and which states exactly what we have written above i.e. the school is working hard to allay fears and has advised everyone of the current and future action plans. The email from the School Governor which was received by us at 17.35pm was also copied to the Chair of the Governing Body and to the Head.
