There will be another distribution of the Police Operation SHIELD property Marking Kits between 5-8pm on Wednesday 4 July outside the Barbour Institute, Tattenhall.
This is for those in the qualified areas that were unable or missed the last distribution of the kits. If you live in the Tattenhall Ward area you qualify for this free kit.
This kit is FREE to Tattenhall residents provided through Tattenhall and District Parish Council, and is for your use in coordination with the soon to be installed street signs. Potential thieves in the area will be warned that all valuable items have been security marked. Marking is a unique fluid and Micro Dots assigned to you and your household. Should your marked valued item be stolen and recovered by the Police it is UV recognisable and thanks to its unique identity linked only to your address, your property can be returned to you.
You are strongly encouraged to take up the offer and collect your kit.
Issued by PCSO's Rachael McKevitt & Jon Hurst
