Harthill Cookery School has an 'Open Day', this Sunday, 27 August.

The timetable is as follows and we would love you to come and see our school, meet some of our friendly tutors & see the live fire cookery areas in action. We will also have live music, demo's & local produce stalls ...

• 11.00 Get your bake off on with David Turner & absorb the aromas of buttery baking with our expert baker & great friend David.

• 12.00 Holy smoke! Brian will put you in control of your barbecue to perfect those grilling techniques on the terrace.

• 12.45 Get crusty with Chris! Woody's pizza maestro & our wood burning oven tutor Chris takes you through the wonders of wood fired pizza.

• 13.15 Kick back & relax with the sounds of the Scratch Band.

• 14.00 Real Thai street food with Chorchaba. Let the aromas of Bangkok waft over you as Chorchaba shares with us the dishes of her childhood.

• 14.45 The Scratch Band ease us into a close.
