Opal Activities Club Relaunch

The venue for the club is the St Albans Church Community Room and thanks to the support of St Albans, the session price will be reduced to £5 per session.
The details of the club are on the attached poster, and the program for the next 4 weeks will comprise:
January 20th 10am-12pm

• Welcome- Meet new friends over a hot chocolate with extras
• Seated Exercise
• Activity – Quiz A quick January quiz is the topic!

January 27th 10am-12pm

• Welcome- Enjoy a warm croissant and jam as its croissant day
• Seated Exercise
• Activity – Literary. Snowflakes, a poem from collective winter thoughts

February 3rd 10am-12pm

• Welcome- Somewhere its carrot cake day!
• Seated Exercise
• Activity – Games. Picture bingo with a twist!

February 10th 10am-12pm

• Welcome- Brownie Day, I do believe!
• Seated Exercise
• Activity – Craft. Bird feeders made from pine cones. Be prepared to get your fingers all greasy!
