The Message is Getting Through – Thank You!

We have been running a series of articles publishing the monthly missed appointments at the Village Surgeries both in Tattenhall and Farndon.

Well we have just received the statistics for April 2018 and whilst there were still 120 missed appointments, this is actually an improvement of 10% on the 2017 figure.

'THANK YOU' for your consideration in letting us know if you needed to cancel an appointment or simply could not make it.

Remember this can be done online (if you have Patient Access) or by giving us a ring.

We still have some way to go BUT this is a tremendous improvement and, importantly, frees up capacity for someone who might need to see one of our practitioners.
