Fundraising during May at The Studio Tattenhall has already raised over £1,150 for The Hospice of the Good Shepherd

The final event is Saturday 26th May when Jill Raine will lead a Nia class 2 – 3 pm. The routine is called Firedance and is danced to the music from Riverdance. No experience is necessary – the moves are easy to follow and it is suitable for all levels of ability

Coffee and cake are provided after the class with plenty of time to have a rummage through the clothes, shoes, books, CDs, DVDs and bric a brac which has been donated by clients

The afternoon finishes with Jane Blackburn providing a Gong Bath 4 – 5 pm where the soothing vibrations will help you relax and re energise

The sessions are £10 each and you can come to one or both of them
