Role Profile – Digital Marketing Officer
Part time hours.
Overview
To manage the WLA(Women Leaders Association – www.thewla.com) online membership site and marketing communications for members and non-members.
Key responsibilities
- To support in the development of engaging online content including videos, blogs and analyse success
- Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
- To edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to the membership area
- Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content
- To assist in the creation and development of membership printed marketing communications, e.g. new member packs, newsletters, brochures
- To support in marketing of events and online launches
Experience Required
- Knowledge of email marketing systems
- Social media, incl. twitter and LinkedIn
- Ideally, knowledge of website management and development
Skills:
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Proof reading and editorial skills with a good eye for detail
- Strong analytical and ICT skills
