• Must have experience at a management level in a deli/retail or catering environment
• Be able to demonstrate a passion for food and the processes involved in preparing excellent products
• Be able to motivate themselves and a team
• Maintain availability and keep within agreed waste levels
• Be able to comply with all existing and future regulations
• Above all, provide excellent customer service
