Inspired Villages launches first 48 apartments

The first 48 apartments at our new luxury retirement village in Tattenhall will be officially launched at a public event taking place on the 19 September.

The event is being held at the Inspired Villages Marketing Suite on Frog Lane, Tattenhall, where visitors will have an opportunity to find out more about the first 48 apartments that will be completed in Summer 2016

While enjoying a champagne reception, individuals will also be able to view a scale model of our proposed village, as well as computer-generated imagery of the new retirement homes.

The drop-in launch event will take place between 10am-4pm on Saturday 19 September in the Marketing Suite at the Inspired Villages site on Frog Lane, Tattenhall, CH3 9DN.

Our £50m Inspired Villages scheme offers the over 65s one and two-bedroom homes, a wide range of social and leisure activities and a variety of care packages. A total of 151 apartments will form part of the development as well as facilities including a wellness spa and relaxation pool, gym, shops, restaurants, a bowling green and community space.
