Have you seen the plaque glinting in the glorious sunshine?

The Lord Mayor of Chester, Angela Claydon, recently unveiled the plaque to commemorate the creation of 'Seymour' the Squirrel which acts as 'Gate Guardian' to the Tattenhall Park Primary School.

You might remember that 'Seymour' was one of the first stories that we ran on the newly created Tattenhall Online Website back in July 2015.

Our neighbourhood 'Squirrel' is the work of international award winning sculptor, Simon O'Rourke, who works in wood with chainsaws.

Without doubt, Simon's creative artwork has continued to capture the hearts and minds of both children and adults alike.
