The beautiful village of Tattenhall in Cheshire
Brian Mellor, Harthill Cookery School: October 2017
Saturday, 7th October, the irreplaceable 'Fungalpunk Dave' (an enthusiastic fungus expert who leads up to 20 mushroom walks a year from September to November) will be making the first of two visits for his annual amble around the hill (Harthill) to identify and record the fungus in our area.
It's always educational and informative with dozens of strains being identified and finishing in the Harthill Cookery School where you can enjoy bowls of steaming risotto cooked up by us CLICK HERE.
We have just a few places left and for visitors to Tattenhall Online we have a special discounted offer of £35 per head or £60 for two on a first-come-first-served basis.
Don't miss this 'FUNGAL FORAY'!
We look forward to seeing you.
