Free Food Pantry.

In March 2024 Transition Tattenhall created the Free Food Pantry.

Our aim was to help protect and support children, families and individuals by providing an emergency food source available 24/7 giving community support to people facing financial pressure and we are pleased to reach our year milestone of having this important resource in our village.

We would like to extend our huge thanks to everyone who has kindly donated to the boxes in the Church, Spar & Burwardsley Post office, Ice Cream Farm and Swayne Johnson, contributed goods or monies, and those who look after the Pantry itself every day – we couldn't do it without you.

If you, or anyone you know needs this support, please note the Free Pantry is located in the yard behind the Sports Club and is accessible 24hrs a day.
