COVID-19 Vaccination Update

PLEASE HELP US TO HELP YOU!

Following on from an a earlier post, we are appealing to you to please STOP CALLING THE SURGERY to enquire about the COVID-19 vaccination.

Our reception team have received an unprecedented amount of calls regarding this matter which is taking time away from them being able to take care of our sick patients. It is also impacting our receptionists being able to make appointments for our next priority group.

We are currently inviting Group 6, which is patients aged 16 to 64 with underlying health conditions. Please wait to be contacted and do not ring the surgery to 'check' if you are on our list.

We are governed by strict cohort criteria so we are unable to simply add your partner to the list. All vaccinations are by appointment only.

If you are aged 65-69 and have received an invitation letter from the NHS, please follow the instructions in the letter to arrange an appointment at a mass vaccination site.

We can promise you that we are working through the priority groups. We want all of you to receive your vaccination as soon as possible.
