CarFest Acts Added

Home » News » Just 3 weeks to go!

Although the CarFest correspondent here at has not yet received their tickets (STOP PRESS — they've arrived!!!) we have also received exciting news about music acts that have been added to the already chocka bill for CarFest North.

Let's hope that Travis will not be asking themselves "Why does it always rain on me?" when they play live on the Friday night. Just announced, Travis will be in great company together with ABC, Faithless, together with Maxi Jazz and the E Type Boys, Kim Wilde, the Lionels, Texas and following their recent sell-out gig at Delamere Forest — Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbot.

Despite trawling the fan forum on Travisonline and messaging Fran Travis himself, the webteam have still not been able to get repsonses to those important questions our readers want answering. We'll just have to wait to see what they order at the Ice Cream Farm to see what Fran's favourite ice cream flavour is.

Don't forget that day (and night) tickets are still available for Friday 29th July, click here for your last chance to come to CarFest.

Keep checking on for more CarFest info; we've managed to get hold of some classic questions from the Smash Hits archives and will be asking such indepth questions as what colour is January?, does your mum play golf? and have you got any nice crockery?
