Another Week Another Battle with Nature!

The Cardington Cracker !
This weekend Tattenhall Runners were in action at the latest Borders League race in Caernavon and in Shropshire at the annual pre-Christmas favourite, The Cardington Cracker. This latter is a 9 mile fell race over some of the beautiful fells south of Shrewsbury basing itself from the village of Cardington. This year over 200 runners completed the testing course which included 2600ft of climbing and more than a little mud! Thankfully Storm Desmond had passed by the Sunday and this year the weather was mild and dry, largely.
