Introduction to The Thrive Studio

The Thrive Studio is a recently opened fitness facility located in Gatesheath, just outside of Tattenhall. We are a dedicated fitness facility family committed to enhancing your physical and mental well-being.

We understand the struggles of not knowing where to begin when it comes to your health and fitness. We offer a range of services, offering different packages to suit people's flexibilities and needs.

Since opening, we've had a huge influx of new members taking advantage of everything we offer.

Our main focus is helping those who feel lost and overwhelmed when it comes to fitness. Our Personal Training packages help you let go of the belief that you've tried everything before- we rekindle hope and inspire you to make a life lasting change through guided exercise and proper nutrition. Our PT packages are supported with our in-house sports performance nutritionist, creating tailored made recipe books and food guides. Our PT packages comes with unlimited group exercise classes and our gym membership too.

We have a range of fitness classes across the week, including Yoga, Pilates, Boxercise, Circuits, Legs Bums & Tums, Stretch & Flexibility and Barbell Pump. You can attend classes by purchasing a class package, or by our flexible PAYG option.

We also have gym memberships available too. Our first gym membership is our Gym Only package which gives you exclusive access to our gym. Our second membership includes both the gym and also unlimited group exercise classes, appealing to those who want to make use of our gym and all of our exercise classes.
