Zumba classes are re-starting week commencing Monday 9th January 2017 at The Barbour Institute.
Zumba Gold
*Easy to follow, fun but effective low-impact Zumba, suitable for men and women of any age – beginners, improvers or returners.
*Also great for postnatal fitness and babies in slings very welcome!
*Mondays 9.45am and Fridays 12.30pm
Zumba Regular
*High impact fab dance-exercise workout.
*Wednesdays at 7pm.
Loose and comfortable clothing, flattish soled trainers and a bottle of water are all you need.
Just £5 per session.
