Yet another year has passed in the life of Tattenhall Online, and, again, we reflect on the year.
2023 has ended with what seems to be rain, rain and more rain, making several roads out of Tattenhall impassable to normal family cars.
The village always seems to be a hive of activity with groups and events happening.
Once again, throughout the year, local volunteers continued to make their mark, including litter picking, pond puddling, tree planting/pruning and all those unsung heroes who organise all of the community and social clubs which make Tattenhall such a vibrant place to live and work.
The local businesses that help us to look after our health, wealth and daily needs for food, care and entertainment. We thank you all.
Thankyou as well to all those who have lit up the dark winter nights with their festive displays! See photos of a few of the many wonderful displays around the village. The one on Harding Avenue is collecting for charity.
It is wonderful to see so many of you returning to the Website and Facebook pages on a frequent basis and we thank you for your very positive comments, and urge you to continue to send us your stories.
Like you, we too are set to enjoy the holiday with family and friends and so the Editorial Team is also having a well-earned rest. We are looking for volunteers join us on the team during 2024. Contact us and we will give you more information.
Unless there is some 'breaking news' we will not be updating the Website between Christmas and New Year i.e. 25 December -- 1 January.
From everyone at 'Tattenhall Online' may we wish you a 'Very Merry Christmas and our Good Wishes for the New Year'.
