Conservation Status: Critically Endangered

For Cubs, excitement and adventure are key. Their programme offers a huge variety of activities, allowing them to be creative and to get involved in their local communities. Cubs are introduced to exciting outdoor skills and take part in adventurous activities, as well as camps and residential experiences.

The Cub Pack is the second section of the Scout Group following on from Beavers. Cub Scouts are young people aged between 8 and 10 ½.

The Sandstone cub scouts are desperately looking find a new leader for our Fox Cub pack.

Our current Akela is stepping down as leader at the end of this term, and whilst we do have helpers and assistants we desperately need a new leader if Fox Cubs is to continue.

I'd urge you to get in touch now if you're considering helping.

All leaders have the support and guidance of all other leaders in the Group.

At the beginning of July each year we invite parents to renew membership for the following year.

If we don't have a leadership team for Fox Cubs then we won't be able to make that offer, and we will regrettably have to take the decision to close the Fox Cub pack.

This really is the last chance for Fox Cubs. I hope you can help.
