The beautiful village of Tattenhall in Cheshire
Webteam: January 2016
With our roads showing such wear and tear again this winter, with lots of often quite deep potholes, plus flooded areas, Cheshire West & Chester Highways Department need to know where these problems are located.
We are encouraged to 'fault report', via the CWaC website. CLICK HERE, select the fault category and problem on drop-down menus, before finding it's location on a map and accurately flagging it.
Add your contact details and send.
A confirmatory e-mail will appear with a fault number.
CWaC claims that these reports get investigated and action is taken where needed.
So why not be the local eyes on spotting road hazards?
(We can also report street lamp faults by the same process.)
