Bar & Waiting staff
Tattenhall Marina Boathouse is looking for Bar and Waiting Staff to join our
friendly team. Experience is preferred but not essential.

Various shifts are available including daytime, evenings and weekends

There is an open session this Thursday 31st October for people interested in bar and waiting positions as well as a Grounds Maintenance marina assistant position. People are welcome to call in any time between 12-4pm this Thursday to apply and discuss the roles.

Job description

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with

licensing law and cash handling procedures,

• Ensure our high standard of service is upheld at all times.
• Calculating bills and processing customer payments, including handling money

and cashing up at the end of shifts.

• Lock up or unlock the building at the start or end of a shift, checking

lighting and the security system

• Report any situation or problem which you consider Management should be

aware of

• Ensure the bar has sufficient stock of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice,

napkins, straws and glassware.

• Compile orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
• Take delivery of and safely store goods when received
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their meals and completing customer care

checks.

• Clearing and cleaning tables.
• Taking and serving food orders, maximising sales where possible
• Deal with any queries our customers might have throughout the course of

their visit and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for people to relax and enjoy
their visit.

• Assisting with events as required.
