You will all be aware that COVID infection levels have been allowed to rise throughout the country over the Christmas and New Year period.
We and other services are experiencing more staff having to self isolate; sometimes at very short notice.
Regrettably this may mean that it will take longer to answer your call; it may mean a longer wait for an appointment and it may take up to 96 hours for a repeat prescription request.
This is a national problem and we ask for your further understanding at this time.
