U3A speaker 15th July

On July 15th at 2.30pmour speaker at West Cheshire Rural u3a will be Dr Ian Bedfordwhose talk is titled Butterfly Gardening in a Changing Environment. This talk will take place online.
Starting out as an amateur entomologist, studying and conserving butterflies on the South Downs, Ian went on to pursue a professional career as an entomologist. For over 42 years he undertook plant science research at the John Innes Centre (one of the UK's leading research centres),
