The regular midday proclamation is a Chester tradition and one not to be missed. Chester is the only place in Britain to have retained this tradition of regular midday proclamations at a fixed place and time.

At our meeting on February 15th David Mitchell, will give us a light hearted look at some of the funny experiences from his time as Chester's Town Crier.
