TWiG: September 2016
TWiG's first meeting of the 2016/17 season kicks off on Wednesday 7 September at 7.30pm in the Barbour Institute.
We will start with the Annual General Meeting which will include a quick summary of TWiG's fantastic achievements throughout the last 12 months together with our plans for the future.
We are also set to be presented with our first cheque from Thom Morton's plastic bag initiative — watch this space!
This will then be followed by an illustrated talk entitled 'A TOURIST Trip Down the Amazon' — emphasis on 'Tourist'!
Viv Forshaw, a well travelled TWiG member, will share her experiences with us (we are assured that an anaconda and piranha will feature in the adventure)!
£3 at the door or renewal of your annual membership.
We look forward to seeing you.
