Tractor Run 2023

December 1st saw the successfulTractor Run which was organised by the Parish Council in memory of local resident Andy Lake. It was held as part of the 'Tattenhall at Christmas' event.

Andy brought along one of the 2 tractors to our Christmas light switch on in 2022 at the Barbour but sadly passed away during 2023 of Prostate Cancer.

This year we had 25 decorated tractors which were displayed at our event on Barbour Square then did a Tractor Run around Tattenhall then out to Tarporley and along the High Street there, and fittingly the tractor which led the run was Andy's!

We raised £1957 through donations from tractor drivers, the raffle and the public plus collection tins in both the Sportsmans and The Letters and donations from those that waited to see the tractors along the route. Pictured are just some of the tractors involved.

Since then we have raised £691 on a JustGiving page which was set up.
