Designed to elevate your training experience, our brand-new facility at Chowley Oak, will feature over 100 classes every month, shower and changing facilities, a relaxing lounge area, air conditioning & heating throughout, a dedicated spin studio, spacious gym floor, and a brand-new studio room.

Introducing Reformer Pilates at Thrive

We are incredibly proud to become the first gym in our local area to offer a dedicated reformer Pilates studio inside the gym.

Our reformer sessions will run in a semi-private setting with a maximum of just 4 people per class, allowing our expert instructors to provide a supportive experience.

Our upgraded gym floor is another huge improvement — now spread across 3 open, bright training spaces, each designed with specific equipment and training styles in mind to give you more room, variety, and comfort while you train.
