Residents of Gifford Lea are packing it in!

Upcoming visits to garden centres and yet more pub lunches are planned (this time they are off to The Ring O Bells in Christleton).

Importantly too, it is terrific to see the seamless involvement of other village businesses with our newly established community.

• Only last week we reported that residents were getting actively involved with workshops run by Nikki at 'Ditzy Rose Makery' on the High Street.
• We are also aware that our fabulous Centenarian is just one of many individuals who attends the seated Nia class which Jill Raine from 'The Studio' is holding at Gifford Lea.
• Well this coming week, it is the turn of Sarah Stanyer, the workshops of whom we have been promoting separately on Tattenhall Online, and who is also running sessions at the new retirement village.

It is argued that many of us need to embrace mindfulness and well-being and that we all need to re-balance, re-energise and relax – there is no doubt that this is the mantra of Gifford Lea and Sarah will become a favourite in their programme of events, of that we are sure!
