We recently reported that several 'Tattenhallers' were taking part in London's brand new half marathon which took place on Sunday, 25 March.
Known as the 'London Landmarks Half Marathon' (LLHM), this was a brand new, closed-road, central-London run.
Runners started on Pall Mall, finished by Downing Street and had fabulous views of London's most iconic landmarks including Big Ben, St Paul's Cathedral, Nelson's Column, the Gherkin, the Shard, the Tower of London and the London Eye.
The first year of this particular half marathon seems to have been a great success for runners and supporters alike – our LLHM Supporter/Reporter who has sent in the images and details, commented as follows:
She further stated that
Our images show Steve and Debs Stanaway together with one of our local Parish Councillors (Neil Matthews) and Richard, Angela, Kate and Stuart (who raised over £2,500 for pancreatic cancer)
Well done to you all.
Enjoy the rest over the Easter!!
