Burwardsley Road Closed – Resurfacing of Carriageway

Burwardsley Road will be closed from the national speed limit sign on Monday, 10 April.

This is a 1 day closure in the first instance but it may mean an inconvenience for some.

The resurfacing of the carriageway takes place between the hours of 08.00am – 18.00pm.

During this period, no vehicles should be parked within the works area during the working hours.

Further works to replace any road markings may follow after the surfacing material has been laid.

This, however, will probably involve traffic management controls rather than the complete closure of Burwardsley Road.

Thankfully, it is the holiday period so perhaps the disruptions will not be too great.
