Tattenhall Planning Appeals Dismissed by Secretary of State

We have just been advised by the Parish Council that the Department for Communities and Local Government has pronounced on the 3 outstanding planning decisions within the village.

All 3 outstanding planning appeals have been REJECTED by the Secretary of State — we suspect that many 'Tattenhallers' will be absolutely delighted.

1. TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 — SECTION 78
APPEAL MADE BY TAYLOR WIMPEY UK LTD
LAND ADJACENT TO ADARI, CHESTER ROAD, TATTENHALL, CHESHIRE
APPLICATION REF: 12/02032/OUT

Outcome — The Secretary of State disagrees with the Inspector's
recommendation, dismisses the appeal and refuses planning permission.

2. TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 — SECTION 78
APPEAL MADE BY BARRATT HOMES
LAND OPPOSITE BROOK HALL COTTAGES, CHESTER ROAD, TATTENHALL
APPLICATION REF: 12/03825/FUL

Outcome — The Secretary of State disagrees with the Inspector's
recommendation, dismisses the appeal and refuses planning permission.

3. TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 — SECTION 78
APPEAL MADE BY MR ASHLEY WALL
LAND TO THE REAR OF 15-38 GREENLANDS, TATTENHALL, CHESHIRE
APPLICATION REF: 12/02352/OUT
