Do come and join us if a quiet meditative space shared with others once a week appeals to you! We’re currently a small group and would welcome more meditators to join us. We sit in silence at the sound of a gong for 30 minutes, but feel free to bring earphones with any downloaded meditations or relaxing music if that’s your preference.
It’s good to have a tranquil space to share with others particularly in these turbulent times.
