BLISTER PACK RECYCLING PROJECT
Our blister pack recycling project has been recognised in the House of Commons. Aphra Brandreth our MP has asked for a debate on the need for recycling blister packs and she was supported by the Leader of the House Lucy Powell. They thanked us for starting the project and see how important it is.
A big thank you for the enthusiasm shown in recycling in the village and if anyone isn't aware there are four drop off points in the village for EMPTY blister packs. The Post office, the Care Agency on Church Bank, the Library and the vets.
. Let's hope our example will encourage a national scheme and we can stop them going into landfill.
