Tattenhall & District Community Land Trust Unveil Their Plans TOMORROW

Tattenhall & District Community Land Trust (CLT)

It's taken us a while! We finally feel able to share our ambitions. The CLT want to build single occupancy units, for (affordable) rent, for young people from our community. You may remember that we want to do this on a couple of derelict garage sites, owned by Sanctuary Housing, in Keysbrook Avenue.

Our architects have drawn up draft plans, which we would like to show you at a consultation afternoon/evening in the Barbour Institute on Wednesday 3rd April.

Members of the Board, our Architects, NWD of Kelsall, & John Heselwood of Cheshire Community Action, will be in attendance from 3pm until 8pm.

We have 150 members of our community who are members of the CLT, we'd love to see all of you at the consultation event. Members of the public are also invited, to view our plans and make your comments. We might even persuade you to become a member! It only costs £1 for life membership, showing your support for our scheme.
