Where are we?
We are based at Jupiter House on the High Street (behind Alison's Cafe).
What's on offer?
*Traditional Chinese Acupuncture: Ideal for aches and pains, arthritis, sciatica, Insomnia. anxiety, IBS and more.
*Hatha Yoga: Beginners Hatha Yoga classes: Improve your flexibility, awareness of your body and reduce stress levels.
*Tuesday: 6.30pm — 7.30pm
*Wednesday: 6.30pm — 7.30pm & 7.4pm — 8.45pm
*Day time classes will also be starting soon
*One to one sessions are also available
A maximum of 6 people are required per class of all ages BUT booking is essential as places are limited.
