Calling all Local Artists and Creative Tinkerers.
Get your submission in by the 30th of April.
Time is running out. Any sort of art from water colour to abstract art, crafts and performance art!
'Green' is the theme but this can be roughly interpreted!
This year's Art Trail with a theme of "Green" is open to submissions from any local creative person- , art, craft, any form of creativity will be considered. It is hoped that there will be works that can be displayed outside- like sculptures, textiles etc.
Join us to showcase your work, bring fun and art to the village.
The Trail will be held throughout the school summer holidays, and works will be displayed in various places around the village, shop windows, the Park, School railings, and other outside spaces, but also work will be in the Church , the Barbour Institute and inside the pubs in the village.
"Green" can be interpreted in any way you choose, and is a very loose theme.
Forms for submission of your works and further info are available online by e-mailing Jane at -atarttrail@gmail.com see poster above,
or in paper form from the Village Market or Library. If you know someone you think does not use Social Media but is an artist then please pass this on to them.
If you have a problem photographing your work, Beth Barlow will do this for you if you take your work to the Library on the 22nd April between 12 and 1.
Following Submission, a decision will be made where best to place works around the village..
