Taster Day/Charity Event 3rd August

Ever wanted to try Tai Chi or Nia Dancing?
Would you like to try Yoga but not sure which style to try?

On Saturday 3rd August, Taster sessions are available throughout the day: Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Tai Chi and Nia Dancing

Minimum charge of £4.00 – All proceeds go to The Hospice Of The Good Shepherd.

10.15am – Hatha Yoga with Lynn
11.15am – Flow yoga with Sarah
12.15pm – Infinite Tai Chi with Patricia
1.15 pm- Yin Yoga with Sarah

2.15 – 2.45pm – Chat to the teachers, ask about classes and eat cake

3.15 – 4.00pm – Nia Dancing with Patricia
