The beautiful village of Tattenhall in Cheshire
Nick Hastings: January 2017
Nick's love for photography started in his early teens after he was given an old Praktica SLR.
Since then he decided to make photography his career.
Educated locally at Abbey Gate College, Reaseheath and Yale Colleges, Nick's career was kick started when he was commissioned by the Duke and Duchess of Westminster to photograph their four family estates throughout the four seasons.
This led to a photographic exhibition showcasing the work from this commission at the Eaton Estate. This was a very exciting year during which he also contributed images for a series of guide books all about Eaton Hall and it's grounds.
He was then fortunate to be commissioned by the Bolesworth Estate and Mrs Diana Barbour for a year during which he recorded all aspects of the estate including the businesses, farms, people, landscapes and sculptures.
Nick loves all areas of photography and covers events, functions, weddings, commercial projects and commissions.
