TADs Play in a Day

Home » News » What a Day!

Last weekend the up and coming star performers in the village came together for a fantastic Play in a Day, run by Rob and Angela, TADs committee members and regular stars!

Parents and friends were invited along for the all singing, all dancing productions of "The Lament of the Green Bean" and "Day of Temptation".

The day started with getting to know each other and the children went on the experience every aspect of putting on a production (or 2!)
Auditioning for parts, read-thoughs, producing props, designing and creating scenery, rehearsing, singing, dancing — is there no end to their talents?

It was lovely to see the kids helping each other out and dealing with last minute changes and hiccups — they really worked as a team. And we definitely have some young, fresh talent within Tattenhall! Panto 2018 is looking fun already!

And now on the to adults — rehearsals are well under way for the upcoming production of the hilarious Ladies' Day — performances are the 17th, 18th, and 19th March and tickets are on sale to TADs members now! General release is from 13th February — via Ticketsource.

For those of you who would like assistance and an introduction to the new online ticket service, we will be holding booking buddy sessions in Alison's Country Kitchen (please see calendar for dates and times), just pop into the coffee shop.
